Keri Powers

"I have been involved in the fitness industry for over 12 years. I am an American Council on Exercise (ACE) certified trainer. My other certifications include: Lifestyle Management Nutrition Specialist, Fitness Recourse Associates (FRA) Pilates Mat, Johnny G Spinning, Cardio Kickboxing and Body Pump. My goal is to give you the knowledge and tools necessary to live a healthy lifestyle, by helping you understand how smart exercise and nutrition will improve your overall quality of life."

Dave DuPriest

"I have been training clients at the RAC for over 5 years. For the last 19+ years, I have been an avid weight lifter and now enjoy sharing this part of my life with others through training sessions. I have a Bachelors Degree in Exercise Physiology with a concentration on cardiac rehabilitation from UMass Lowell. I also worked as a physical therapy aide at a Health South facility for 2 years. I have been Personal Training for over 10 years. I am certified through the National Strength & Conditioning Association (NSCA) as a Certified Strength Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) and Titleist Performance Institute (TPI) as a TPI-Golf Fitness Professional-level 3 (TPI-CGFI-L3). Through the years, I have helped both healthy people and those recovering from injury or surgery as well as pre and post natal women set and attain goals through the use of the gym.

Lori Haverty

"I have a Bachelor of Science Degree in Sports, Fitness and Leisure with a concentration in Fitness and a minor in Biology from Salem State College. I have been in the Fitness Field for over 10 years. My health and Wellness Certifications include a Primary Aerobic Certification; AFAA, Step Certified; AFAA & Reebok, Extreme Aerobic, Certified; AAAI/ISMA, Power Flex Certified; B-FIT University, Johnny G. Spinning Certified; Mad Dog Spinning. I am also ACSM Certified, American College of Sports Medicine and stay up to date with all changes and updates that come along with the Fitness! To help keep you safe I am also certified in CPR/First Aid Certified; National Health and Safety Foundation, Defibrillator Certified, Region III Northeast EMS."

Kelly Willing

"I have been working in the fitness industry for 18 years as a Strength and Conditioning Coach, training athletes from 8 years old through college. I have 6 years experience as an ACSM certified personal trainer helping adults meet and exceed their fitness goals. I also hold certifications in group exercise, Johnny G spinning, sports nutrition, senior fitness as well as coursework in exercise physiology, kinesiology and athletic training.

Kerry Kilduff

"I have been inspiring people through group fitness for 14 years. I am a Certified Personal Trainer with ACSM (American College of Sports Medicine). My passion is to help others realize that there is an athlete in all of us waiting to be unleashed. I am committed to maintaining the current standards in my field while also pursuing areas of personal interest that I feel will benefit my clients/members. I hold certifications in AFAA Group Fitness, Kickboxing, FRA Mat Pilates, Mad Dog Spinning, Body Combat, Pre/Post Natal Specialty as well as CPR/AED.

Wendy Robinson

"I am a Regis College graduate and former college athlete in both women’s soccer and crew. I have trained with some of the best conditioning coaches who through the years have inspired me greatly. My experiences and knowledge gained through the years are what motivate me to share my own fitness knowledge with others. My fitness expertise range from one on one and group personal training; strength and conditioning training for young female athletes; and teams in their off season as well as nutritional counseling. I’m ISSA (International Sports Sciences Association), CPR and First Aid certified. My priority is to help you reach your individual goals by motivating you to become accountable to yourself and to help you create healthy eating and exercise habits. I would love to educate, motivate, and inspire you to engage in a healthy lifestyle while ensuring your experience is fun, focused, safe and effective."

John Fitzgerald

"I am a certified NASM Personal Trainer (National Academy of Sports Medicine), Massage Therapist and Sports Performance Consultant. As a Personal Trainer I instill in my clients the importance of proper posture and form while exercising. This is achieved by integrating core strength, balance and flexibility into each and every workout. As a licensed Massage Therapist I can also offer my clients deep tissue and sport massage or release trigger points of tension pre/ post workout. I have worked as a Sports Performance Consultant with Men’s and Women’s college tennis, high school track, Men’s golf, amateur Triathletes and “weekend warriors”. I would love the opportunity to share my knowledge and passions with you."
